November 19th @5pm | This short survey is an opportunity to share how you’re feeling about serving in theFoundry Kids, what’s going well, and where you may need support, resources, or encouragement. Your honest feedback will help us grow as a ministry and better serve our volunteers, kids, and families.

We’ll review your feedback together at our Volunteer Training & Christmas party on Thursday, November 19th at 5:00 PM, along with training, fellowship, a meal, and some holiday fun! If you’re unable to attend, please still complete the form—your feedback is important to us!

We’re excited to spend an evening together as our Foundry Kids volunteer team!

This will be a time to connect, encourage one another, have some fun, and make sure we’re all on the same page as we serve our kids and families.


During our evening together, we’ll:



  • 💬 Discuss the feedback you share in this form and talk through ways we can better support our volunteers

  • 🎯 Review WHY theFoundry Kids exists and the goals and purpose behind our ministry

  • 📖 Walk through our Kids Ministry Handbook and important policies and expectations

  • 🧠 Have some practical training to help you feel confident and equipped in your role

  • 🍽️ Enjoy a meal together

  • 😂 Play a fun game/activity and have some laughs!


There will be a sign-up at the bottom of this form to let us know if you’ll be able to attend.


If you’re unable to attend, please still take a few minutes to complete this form! Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will help me get a better understanding of where our volunteers are at, what’s going well, and where you may need additional support.
